How to View and Upload Documents to Employer Docs

Protecting your sensitive information is a top priority for Ameriflex. For this reason, we have created a place for you to submit and retrieve documents in our secure Ameriflex employer portal at employer.myameriflex.com.

To upload documents:

  1. Log in here
  2. On the General tab, go to the three dots (ellipsis) on the top right 
  3. Click View/Upload Documents on the top right     
  4. Click Upload Documents on the top right       
  5. From here, you can search for documents that have been saved to your computer and upload them
NOTE:  Documents will be saved here for Plan admin and Ameriflex to view.

To download documents:

  1. Log in here
  2. On the General tab, go to the three dots (ellipsis) on the top right 
  3. Click View/Upload Documents on the top right 
  4. Click the Uploads button toward the middle of the screen
  5. In the center you will see folders and documents that you can open and download by clicking the document hyperlink
