Downloading Enrollments via Invoices/Reports tab

As a Plan Administrator, you can easily download your previous and current plan year enrollments with just one-click. This report will include all information that was processed within the system.

Here's how:

1. Login to the Ameriflex Client Portal

2. Select Invoices/Reports on the left hand side of your screen.

3. Click the Enrollments tab.

4. In the table, locate the specific Plan Year you'd like to view, and then click the Download hyperlink that corresponds to the Plan Year to view the information.

After the file downloads, you will be able to view the enrollments for all employees with their Demographics, Account Types, Plan Year, Annual Election, Employee Contribution, and Employer Contribution.
