1. Log into your COBRA account.
2. Inside of the blue COBRA Benefits banner, click the Set Up Autopay button.
3. Enter the Recurring Payment Date on which you want the payment drafted from your account.
Note: The date you enter in the Recurring Date field will be the date each month for when the payment drafts.
4. Below the date that you entered, review the payment schedule for the next 3 payments.
5. Select your Payment Method from the dropdown menu.
6. Enter your banking, debit card, or credit card information, then click the green Submit button.
