How COBRA Participants Can Avoid the Convenience Fee (New Platform)

Members will get charged a 3% COBRA convenience fee when they make a one-time credit/debit card payment.

To avoid the 3% convenience fee, Ameriflex recommends members consider other available payment options, such as setting up automated COBRA payments from a bank account or sending their fees via check.

Members who opt to send their COBRA payment via check should make the check payable to "Ameriflex COBRA" and mail it to the address below:
