Your Ameriflex Debit Mastercard® gives you quick and easy access to the funds in your benefits account. Your card will arrive at your mailing address 7-10 days after you’ve been enrolled. When it arrives, it will already be activated, and a card pin will have been auto-generated by Ameriflex. For instructions on how to view your card pin, click here.
If your card gets declined at a store or doctor’s office while you’re purchasing eligible products or services, it’s likely that the card can’t auto-verify if the expense is eligible. If this happens, you can easily get reimbursed through the mobile app or your Ameriflex account.
