Admin Invoices show all details of plans, including number of participants enrolled in each plan and the per participant per month fee. This invoice will summarize your monthly administrative fee due to Ameriflex. If you have banking on file, this amount will be automatically drafted from your account.
How to Pull an Admin Invoice
Complete the following steps to pull an Admin Invoice:
1. Log into the Ameriflex Client Portal
2. Select Invoices/Reports on the left side of the page.
A new page appears.
3. Hover over and select the tab titled Admin Invoices.
The page for the selected tab appears.
4. Locate the Month section and select the dropdown arrow.
5. Select the month that you want the specific invoice for.
6. Click Download.
You successfully downloaded an Admin Invoice.
How to Pull an Admin Invoice Detail Report
Complete the following steps to pull an Admin Invoice Detail Report:
1. Log into the Ameriflex Client Portal
2. Select Invoices/Reports on the left side of the page.
A new page appears.
3. Hover over and select the tab titled Admin Invoices.
The page for the selected tab appears.
4. Select Download Admin Invoice Detail Report on the right side of the page.
The Available AI Report Detail Periods window appears.
5. Click the drop-down arrow and select the desired period.
6. Click Download Report for Selected Period.
