Step-by-step instructions:

1. Your Client Relationship Manager will provide you with your login credentials for the COBRA portal.

2. Register to the COBRA portal.

3. If you are a plan administrator, access step-by-step instructions on how to enter the legacy participant here. If you are a broker, you can access step-by-step instructions on how to enter the legacy participant here.

4. Enter the legacy participant.

5. After you enter the participant, Ameriflex will generate their Takeover Notice overnight and mail it the following business day.
