View COBRA Communications and Letters

By default, COBRA members receive communications via US Mail. However, if you would like to access your COBRA letters before they arrive, or simply need an additional copy of our communications, follow these instructions to access them in our online portal.

1. Log into our COBRA Portal.

2. Locate and select the Communication Activity tab on the left side of your home page.

3. A list of all your letters and communications will be displayed.

4. Locate the letter/communication that you would like to access. Select the blue View link next to it.

5. Follow the prompts on your browser to download and open a PDF copy of the document.
