Create a Password for Ameriflex Support Portal

If you already received a welcome email directing you to register:

  1. Click the signup link in the email.
  2. Your email will be automatically verified once you click the link. Enter this email address as your new username, then choose a unique password and click the ‘Set password’ button.                               
  3. If prompted, follow the image verification instructions to prove you’re not a robot.
  4. You will be directed to the Ameriflex Support Portal home page; select the ‘Check Your Existing Requests’ button to view and update your requests at any time.

If you have previously emailed us, but have not yet received a welcome email:

  1. Click here
  2. Click the ‘Get a password’ link.             
  3. Enter your email address and click ‘Submit’.
  4. Follow the link in your password reset email to create a new password.
  5. Choose a new secure password; once you’ve met all password requirements click ‘Change password’.
  6. You will be directed to the Ameriflex Support Portal home page; select the ‘Check Your Existing Requests’ button to view and update your requests at any time. 

If you have not emailed us with your preferred email address before, and do not have a welcome email:

  1. Click here
  2. Click the ‘Sign up’ button.
  3. Enter full name and email address then click the ‘Sign up’ button.
  4. Check your email for ‘Welcome to Ameriflex’ email and click on the link provided in the email.   
  5. Enter your full name and choose a password for your account; once you’ve met all password requirements click ‘Set password’.
  6. You will be directed to the Ameriflex Support Portal home page; select the ‘Check Your Existing Requests’ button to view and update your requests at any time. 

Congratulations! You have successfully registered and set a password for the Ameriflex Support Portal.
