Once a participant is enrolled in the HSA plan, they will receive communications from Ameriflex.
- Their Ameriflex Debit Mastercard® will be shipped to their home address via USPS mail and should arrive within 7-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. (December and January are high volume times and delivery can take 10-15 business days.)
- An Ameriflex HSA Welcome email will be sent to the participant’s email address.
Participants will receive an Health Disclosure email from Ameriflex that will require their signature. - Participants will also need to go through the Customer Information Program (CIP) process to verify their identity. If their account set up fails due to CIP, they will be contacted with instructions on what supporting documentation is needed to open the account.
