Reset Password for Client Account

Steps:

  1. Click here.
  2. Enter your username or email address.
  3. Click Send Reset Email.
  4. Find the email from no-reply@mail.myameriflex.com with the subject line Set up a new password for Ameriflex.
  5. Click the reset link in the email.
  6. Type new password, then re-enter password.
  7. Click Reset Password.

At Ameriflex we take security very seriously! In order to keep your member data secure, all Client account passwords must be reset every 60 days. You will know when you need to reset your password when you try to login. Follow steps 2-7 to reset your password. 

Note: Passwords can only be reset once within 24 hours. If you have attempted to reset your password and were unable to, please reach out to your Client Relationship Team for assistance.
