Issue or Replace Debit Cards

Issuing and replacing your employee’s debit cards is quick and easy through the Ameriflex employer portal.

Participant

Complete the following steps:

1. Login Ameriflex Employer Portal

2. Click on the Participant tab located to the left of the page.

3. Select the participant's name who you'd like to view.

4. Locate the Address section and review the participant's address for accuracy.

5. Locate the Card section (under the Contact section) and select the drop down arrow for it.

A Issue Card OR Replace Card green button appears.

6. Select Issue Card or Replace Card. 

Note: In this example, The Replace Card option appears. This option indicates the card has already been issued and now can only be replaced.

The confirmation window appears.

7. Select Confirm. 

You successfully replaced a card.


Dependent

Complete the following steps:

1. Login Ameriflex Employer Portal

2. Click on the Participant tab located to the left of the page.

3. Select the participant's name who you'd like to view.

4. Locate the Address section and review the participant's address for accuracy.

5. Locate the Dependent section and select the drop down arrow for this section.

6. Locate the desired recipient you'd like to send card. 

A Issue Card OR Replace Card button appears.

6. Select Issue Card or Replace Card. 

Note: In this example, The Replace Card option appears. This option indicates the card has already been issued and now can only be replaced.

7. Select Replace Card

The confirmation window appears.

8. Select Confirm. 

You successfully replaced a card.
