Getting Started on your Order

Learn about our new guidance panel feature and how it will help guide you through your order.

Our new guidance panel feature will assist you in completing your agreement or renewal from start to finish. Once you sign your order form, a yellow panel with instructions will appear at the top of each page to guide you through the rest of your agreement.

The guidance panel will automatically open the appropriate section for you to complete. Once you complete the necessary steps, click the green Save button (which will save your information/selections), then the blue I'm Done - Next button within the guidance panel (which will take you to the next step). If you happen to click around within the agreement, don’t worry - just click the link in the guidance panel to be taken back to the current section that needs to be completed.   

If you need additional information or further explanation, click the help icon in the right corner. Should you still have questions, locate your Client Relationship contact information and contact your Ameriflex specialist, who will be happy to assist you.

What to Expect Next:

To begin working through your agreement, you must first agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you have not already registered your account, click here for step-by-step instructions.

To agree to the Terms & Conditions, complete the following steps:

  1. If you aren’t already logged in, log into the Ameriflex Employer Portal, then review your current order and fee schedule.
  2. If any changes are needed, connect with your Ameriflex Sales Representative to discuss them before moving forward.
  3. When you are satisfied with your order and fee schedule, read the Terms & Conditions.

4. Check the box that indicates that you've read and agree to the Terms & Condition, then click Agree. Your Ameriflex Onboarding Representative will reach out to you shortly once you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
