1. If you aren't already logged in, log into the Ameriflex Employer Portal, then review your current order and fee schedule.
2. If any changes are needed, connect with your Ameriflex Sales Representative to discuss them before moving forward.
3. When you are satisfied with your order and fee schedule, read the Terms & Conditions.

4. Check the box that indicates that you've read and agree to the Terms & Condition, then click Agree. Your Ameriflex Onboarding Representative will reach out to you shortly once you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
