We’re unable to review individual employer’s documents and provide compliance advice because we cannot give outside documents the same careful consideration and thorough review.
We can only provide new documents based on the information entered into the ePOP portal. However, if there are specific points that are being questioned, our team would be willing to try and answer those questions. Otherwise, the group may want to seek legal guidance to request a full audit of their plan.
