View and change personal information

Please notify your employer of any personal information changes made with Ameriflex.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

View or update your address: 

1. From your Ameriflex account home page, click More at the top of the screen, then select Profile from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the blue Edit button next to your name.

3. View or edit your home address.

4. Click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the pop-up screen.

View or update your email address: 

1. From your Ameriflex account home page, click More at the top of the screen, then select Profile from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the blue Edit button next to your name.

3. View or edit your email address.

4. Click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the pop-up screen.

View or update your reimbursement setting: 

1. From your Ameriflex account home page, click More at the top of the screen, then select Reimbursement Settings from the drop-down menu.

2. Review if the information is correct, or click the blue Change Reimbursement Method button.

3. To change your reimbursement method, select the desired reimbursement method from the drop-down menu, then enter the requested information (i.e. your account information for direct deposit reimbursement).

4. Click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

View or update your dependents: 

1. From your Ameriflex account home page, click More at the top of the screen, then select Profile from the drop-down menu. 

2. Review your dependents on the right side of the screen within the family tab.

3. To edit your dependent, please contact your HR representative.
