Order a replacement card

How to order a replacement Ameriflex Debit Mastercard® if your card is lost, misplaced or you need to cancel it.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From your Ameriflex account, click More, then click Debit Cards.

2. Select the family member whose card is being replaced, then click Report Card as Lost or Stolen and Issue Replacement. 

3. A new screen will appear. Make sure the correct address is listed, then click Confirm Replacement.

Note: Once you select Confirm Replacement, your existing card will be permanently deactivated immediately.

You've successfully ordered a replacement card! Your new card should arrive within 7-10 days.


Steps (mobile)

1. From your Ameriflex app, go to Menu > Debit Card.

2. Select family member whose card is being replaced.

3. Tap Report Card as Lost or Stolen and Issue Replacement.

4. Check to make sure the address listed is correct, then tap Confirm Replacement.

Note: Once you select Confirm Replacement, your existing card will be permanently deactivated immediately.
