Setting Up Your Account
Ready to use Telescope Health? Here are steps to set up your account:
1. Check Your Email: Look for a welcome email from noreply@telescopehealth.com. If you haven't received it, please contact your HR department for assistance.
2. Set Your Password: In the welcome email, click on Set your password to create your login credentials.
3. Access Telescope Health: You can now access Telescope Health in one of two ways
- Download the Telescope Health App: Search for "Telescope Health" in the Apple App Store or Google Play and install the app.
- Log in via Browser: Visit the Telescope Health Dashboard to access your account directly in your browser.
Now your Telescope Health account is ready to use!
Note: You may only receive assistance from Telescope once your plan year has started. For example, you cannot receive support on December 25th for a plan that begins on January 1st.
