If you need help with an existing Intellect account, direct your inquiries to one of the three communication channels.
Inside the Intellect app:
Inside of the Intellect app, select the Profile tab. Then click on the Gear Icon in the top right corner, and select Report a Problem. A message box will appear, and you will enter the details of your issue then click Send. An email will be sent directly to the Intellect Support Team and they will follow up with you within 24-48 hours.
Outside the Intellect app:
Outside of the Intellect app, you can either send an email directly to Intellect at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can scroll down to the bottom of the the Intellect landing page and select Customer Support.
