Once you have an account with Ameriflex, you will gain access to a number of perks to keep your world quiet and ensure that you have a pain-free benefits experience. Here is a list of important features and resources Ameriflex offers:

  • An Ameriflex Debit Mastercard® (and replacement cards) to use on qualified healthcare expenses. To order a new debit card, log in to your Ameriflex account and select Debit Cards under the More menu. 
    • MyPlanConnect, an added perk that allows you to connect your Ameriflex account directly to your insurance plan, automatically verifying your card transactions and saving you time on paperwork.
  • An App available for Apple and Android devices that lets you access and manage your account anywhere you go, 24/7. In the app, you'll be able to check your account balances, manage account notifications, submit documentation for claims and reimbursement, and order replacement debit cards.
  • Complimentary access to Mastercard’s® leading Identity Theft Protection service.
  • Support from our knowledgeable team via chat, phone or email.
