Whether you're reconciling remittance reports or confirming an individual’s payment status, this article will show you where to view COBRA member payments and what key details are available for your records.

To view COBRA member payments:

1. Log in to the Ameriflex Portal.

2. Click on the Participants tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Click on the participant you wish to view.

4. While on the participant’s profile, click the COBRA tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

5. Click the three-dot ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner.

6. Select the View Bills & Payments option under Billing from the drop-down menu.
