To set up your COBRA plans and rates, follow these instructions:
1. Log into your account through the Employer Portal.
2. Select the New COBRA tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
3. Select the + Create Button in the top right corner.
4. Complete all the required fields in the pop-up box and click Save.
5. Select the dropdown menu on the Coverages line.
6. Click the Add Coverage Levels blue hyperlink.
7. Enter in the new plan start date, then click Add.
8. Once the new plan date has been entered, a new section to enter in the rates will then populate.
9. Once all rates have been entered, click Save in the bottom right corner.
10. Repeat steps 3-9 for any other COBRA eligible plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Telescope, Intellect, FSA, and HRA plans).
