The COBRA auto-renewal process means we replicated your prior plans and rates to the new year without any changes. Please alert us if there were any changes to your plans, rates, or contacts.
Having the correct enrollment contact is very important as this contact is responsible for making the updates (reinstatements, terminations, status changes, etc.) with your insurance carrier.
To review your plans, rates, or contacts, complete the following steps:
1. Log into the Ameriflex Employer Portal.
2. Click the COBRA tab on the right hand side of the screen.
3. To review the carrier enrollment contact information, click on the blue hyperlinked plan name.
4. To review your rates, click on the blue hyperlinked plan year dates next to the corresponding plan.
