Accessing COBRA Plan Information

The Employer Portal allows you to easily access details about active COBRA plans, including plan names, types, and coverage tiers.

To access COBRA plan information:

1. Log in to the Ameriflex Portal.

2. Click on the COBRA tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Click on the blue, hyperlinked plan name to view the plan information, including carrier, contacts, coverages, rates, etc.

4. To expand any section and view additional information, click the corresponding arrow.
