1. Log in to the Ameriflex Portal.

2. Click on the Participants tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Locate the member by their last name and click it to open their profile.

4. While viewing the participant's profile, click the History tab on the left side of the screen.

5. Click on the communication you would like to view.

6. A pop-up screen will appear. Under the Letter Details section, click the Download link to download a copy of the communication to your device for review.
