What To Do Once Your COBRA Open Enrollment is Approved

Once your COBRA Open Enrollment is built in our system and is ready for your review, we will reach out asking you to review, request changes and approve of the sample letter that has been created. 

All changes and approvals should be submitted in written form via email, and once approved, we will generate open enrollment letters for all of your active and pending COBRA participants in our system. For those who elect during your outlined timeframe for open enrollment, we will send enrollment notices to all of your carriers.   

Once the letters are generated, you will be able to obtain a copy of a participant’s letter within the Ameriflex COBRA Portal, if necessary. 

  • You can view and download the notice by searching the participant’s name in the “Find A Member” section. 
  • Then, select “Communications” on the left side of the page. You can view the packet mailed and also download a PDF version to send to a participant.
