- Once logged into your account through the Employer Portal, click on Create Plan.
- Complete all fields and click Save.
- Select COBRA in the menu on the left. You should now be able to see that plan you just created.
- Click Add New Rate.
- Fill in the plan start/end dates then enter the rates for only the coverage levels that apply to your group.
- Click Save.
- You should now be able to see the plan you entered and have a hyperlink to where the rates were completed.
- Repeat steps 3-8 for any other COBRA eligible plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Telescope, Intellect, FSA, and HRA plans).
