Set up COBRA Plans & Rates

  1. Once logged into your account through the Employer Portal, click on Create Plan.
  2. Complete all fields and click Save.
  3. Select COBRA in the menu on the left. You should now be able to see that plan you just created.
  4. Click Add New Rate.
  5. Fill in the plan start/end dates then enter the rates for only the coverage levels that apply to your group.
  6. Click Save.
  7. You should now be able to see the plan you entered and have a hyperlink to where the rates were completed.
  8. Repeat steps 3-8 for any other COBRA eligible plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and HRA plans).
