How to Enter a Qualified Beneficiary/Special Plan Member/New Plan Member

  1. Login here
  2. Either select Client from the list on the left or search for the client in the search box
  3. Click on the Members Tab
  4. Select the corresponding radio button for the type you want to add
  5. Click Add a new QB/SPM/NPM link
  6. Fill in the required fields (marked by a red outline) and any other information desired
  7. Update the AEI Status - Once the AEI status is set and as long as the participant is set with the correct event type (Reduction of hours, Termination, Involuntary termination) a subsidy notice will be issued to the participant.
  8. To update this status select the Edit button next to the word Unknown. See below for an example:
  9. On the drop down menu select ELIGIBLE or INELIGIBLE and then click Update. Once you click update the Event Information will then show as below and the update for the ARI Status is now complete.
  10. Click Next at the bottom of the page
  11. Continue to fill out the information and click Next to progress through the rest of the pages
  12. When done, click Finish
