Do we need to provide prior year plans and rates?

This depends. If you have any participant who needs to pay premiums prior to the renewal/start date of the plans entered into the Ameriflex portal, then yes we need them. We will need prior year plans and rates if any of your COBRA participants fall into any of the following:

  1. Current COBRA participants - if there are any participants who are not paid up to the renewal/start date of the plan.
  2. COBRA participants still within their 60 days to elect - if their COBRA start date is prior to renewal/start date
