1. Open this link Ameriflex COBRA Portal and click the blue Employer Login button to access your account. 
2. Select Account to show the Plans and Bundles options.
3. Select either option to display the plans or bundles for Qualified Beneficiaries and Direct Bill members. 
4. Within the Account page, you can access:

• Plan Details - in this section you will find the Plan Details, Carrier Information and Plan Settings.
• Rates - Also, if you scroll down on this page you will also be able to see the Rate information.   
• If you select "View" on the right you will see an additional dialogue box appear with a breakdown of the rates for that plan.
