Login here

Click Add Member button on the lower, right-hand side of the page

Click Next in the Direct Bill box in the center of the page

Fill in the required fields (marked by a red asterisk) and any other information desired

Click Next
-
Fill in the required fields (marked by a red asterisk) and any other information desired

Click Save & Continue

Click Add Plan
-
In the window that appears, choose the Direct Bill Participant’s Plan from the drop-down menu that says: Plan
-
From the “Coverage Level” drop-down menu, select coverage

Click Save
-
Click Add
-
Repeat steps 8 through 12 for any additional plans that you need to add.

Click Save & Continue

Click Add Dependent to add any dependents to the plan
-
Fill in the required fields (marked by a red asterisk) and any other information desired
-
Under “Available Dependent Plan(s)” select the box next to the plan in which you want to add the dependent and click Add Selected Dependent Plan(s)

Click Add
-
Repeat steps 15 through 18 for any additional dependents that need to be added

Click Save & Continue

(Optional) Click Add Subsidy Schedule If you will not be adding a subsidy, skip to step 21 below

Fill in the required fields (marked by a red asterisk) and any other information desired

Click Add
-
Repeat steps 21-23 as needed

Click Save & Continue

Click Add Member to complete the process
