Your Ameriflex Debit Mastercard is ordered as soon as your employer's final enrollment information is submitted and processed. You should receive your card in the mail within 2-3 weeks after your company approves the enrollment data. It will arrive in a plain white envelope with the Ameriflex logo on the front.

You can request additional cards or cards for dependents over 18 years of age online at no additional charge.
