The Life Event form for a Coverage Change also starts the Reclassification process if the member is moving to another Agency within the Commonwealth of MA.
A Reclassification will also be completed from the QLE Coverage Change Form.
1. When choosing Reclassification, the member must select the new Agency they are joining.
2. For a reclassification only, the member would select the Action Type of No Changes on the next screen and submit.
