Guided Tutorial

Accessing the Online Enrollment Form

The Enrollment Form for Open Enrollment can be found by visiting myameriflex.com/massgic and clicking the Enroll Now button in the Welcome section.

NOTE: The Online Enrollment Form is required to be completed by all members wishing to elect a Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Assistance Program for the July 2026 - June 2027 plan year.

Completing the Form

1. The form starts with a question to determine the proper use case. Most members will select the first Open Enrollment option.

2. Next, the member must select the correct Agency they belong to.  This list is searchable, so keywords like “UMS” or “Housing” can help filter results.

3. Finally, the member will provide their demographic and Annual Election information for enrollment in either the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCA).

  • Hire Date will accept N/A

  • Employee ID will accept N/A

Once the member clicks Submit, they will receive a confirmation page, which they can save for their records. They will also receive a confirmation email from no-reply@mail.myameriflex.com.

Email Notifications

Confirmation email

All submitted enrollments will go to the Coordinator Portal of the GIC Coordinator(s) assigned to the Agency.

If the GIC Coordinator rejects an enrollment form, they will be given the option to send a Rejection Email to the member.

Other Notes

  • For Open Enrollment, cards will not be mailed until the beginning of June.
  • For new hires who complete forms after June, cards will be issued as soon as the GIC Coordinator approves their enrollment in the Coordinator portal.
