To make changes to your plan in ePOP, which is a self-service portal, you first need to: 

• Log into your account at www.epopdocs.com 
• Once you are logged in, click on the 'Action' button by the plan year in question and select the ‘Edit’ option from the drop-down menu that appears
• From the ‘Edit’ page you can make any necessary changes
• Once the edits are made, documents may be re-sent to yourself or to everyone listed on the account via the ‘Send to Self’ or ‘Send to All’ options also found in the ‘Action’ menu
