How to enable TPA & set-up data feed: 

Steps:

  1. Enable the TPA in Broker Marketplace
  2. Enable the TPA in Company Marketplace, select Get Started
  3. Under Setup Wizard click next (see below image)
  4. Provide Client ID (AMF Code) and assign applicable COBRA files, General Initial Notice (GIN), Qualifying Event (QE).  (see below image)

How to enable the data feed for a group COBRA eligible benefits

Steps:

  1. Initial setup required for COBRA eligible benefits
  2. Mark plan(s) as COBRA eligible
  3. Select Benefits
  4. Select Partners
  5. Click manage next to Ameriflex
  6. Click next
  7. Provide Client ID and assign applicable COBRA files
  8. Policy ID under Benefits → Eligibility replace with AMFCode

How to enable the data feed for group flex benefits

Steps:

  1. Select Benefits
  2. Select Partners
  3. Click manager next to Ameriflex
  4. Click next
  5. Only when submitting COBRA eligible benefits, provide Client ID and Manager COBRA file. Otherwise, leave these fields blank
  6. Click next
  7. Click add submission
  8. Choose plans to submit
  9. Select next

For renewal/open enrollment

Steps:

  1. Build plans in Ease
  2. Add Annual Open Enrollment (ENR) file in Setup Wizard
Note:  When plans have a Smoker/Non-Smoker variation (Tobacco/Non-Tobacco), the check box for Smoker status will need to be correctly checked for each Employee so that the correct premiums are charged.
