COBRA Auto Renewal Process

The COBRA auto-renewal process means that we replicated your prior plans and rates to the new year without any changes. Please be sure to alert us if there were any changes to your plans, rates or contacts.

To make the process easier for you, we will provide you with the plans and rates for the new year upon auto renewal. Please review this report and confirm that all of the current plan information and enrollment contacts are correct to ensure optimum continuation of services. If there are any changes, please let us know right away so we can process those for you.

For example, having the correct enrollment contact is very important as this enrollment contact is responsible for making the updates (reinstatements, terminations, status changes, etc) with your insurance carrier.

To make any updates, log into the Ameriflex Cobra Portal:

  • Go to www.myameriflex.com
  • Select Login at the top of the screen and click the option for Employer.
  • Select COBRA Point at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts to log in.
