Manage Existing Plan Documents

Steps

  1. Go to www.epopdocs.com
  2. Log in with your username and password
  3. Click My POP Documents
  4. If this is your first time logging into the account, you will see a list of your existing POP accounts for which you will be invited to "own the plan document." Click Accept if the account belongs to you; click Decline if it does not belong to you. (Note: Multiple listings for an account represent multiple plan years.)
  5. For each plan document that you accept, you will have the following options:
    o Resend Self- This resends the plan documents to you only.
    o Resend All - This resends the plan documents to everyone listed as an intended recipient on the account.
    o Edit - This allows you to amend or correct the information on the account, thereby correcting and re-sending the plan document.
    o Non-Discrimination Testing - This links you to POP non-discrimination testing portal.
    o Renew - This option is available within 60 days of the end of the POP plan year.
