What if I didn't yet submit my list of involuntary terminations?

Any member that the employer believes may be AEI eligible would need to be provided to Ameriflex as soon as possible so there are no delays in subsidy notification or application. For an Qualified Beneficiary (QB) received after 5/7/2021, Ameriflex cannot guarantee letters to be sent by 5/31/2021, however, these members will still be added to our system and sent an AEI Subsidy Letter once entered. It will be the employer's responsibility to notify Ameriflex of event status (involuntary termination or reduction of hours), which will be used to determine AEI eligible status. Without this information from the employer, this could cause delays or denials in subsidy application for any member that is eligible to receive it.
